FROM FIRST STEP TO FIRST MILE
A guided sequence, shaped around
your operation and your budget.
A CLEAR STARTING POINT
Start with the required filing costs. Then choose the services that fit your business.
View Florida’s official filing fees ↗State fees are separate from our service fees. The $25 designation fee does not include a hired registered agent. Optional certified copy: $30; certificate of status: $5. Annual reports filed after May 1 incur a $400 late fee.
Website design, setup assistance, truck purchase, insurance, permits, and optional credit or funding support are scoped and quoted separately. Financing is subject to lender approval.
SEE THE POSSIBILITIES
Imagine customers finding a polished Apiphany Enterprise website that introduces your business and makes it easy to start a conversation.

LET’S BUILD YOUR NEXT CHAPTER
At your launch consultation, we’ll confirm your business location, the kind of transportation you want to offer, your truck needs, and a budget that works for you.
BUILT AROUND YOUR NEXT MOVE
Apiphany Enterprise is taking its first steps toward a customer-focused transportation business. This concept shows how your future services can be presented to shippers and business partners.
A dedicated space to introduce your equipment, freight capabilities, and the types of shipments your company will handle.
Show customers your confirmed service areas and preferred lanes once your operating plan is in place.
Give shippers and brokers a professional way to learn about your company and discuss future transportation needs.
THE APIPHANY APPROACH
Your website can communicate what matters: responsive service, clear expectations, and pride in the business behind every load.
THE P.R.O. BUSINESS LAUNCH™ PACKAGE
Your business setup checklist for Apiphany Enterprise LLC. Work through each milestone with Dynasty Builders Pro, starting with your intake and kickoff.
Start with step 1This is a public planning checklist, not a private client portal or a record of completed filings. Personal documents and financial information are handled separately through an agreed secure channel.
YOUR BUSINESS SETUP CHECKLIST
Open each step to see your part,
our part, and the milestone.
Confirm the intended name, Florida business location, ownership percentages, managers, and the services you plan to offer.
Review the intake together, check the agreed package scope, and set a kickoff appointment.
Milestone: Approved intake and scope; choose interstate or Florida-only operations and own authority or leasing onto a carrier.
Approve the name spelling, principal and mailing addresses, registered agent, and management information. Get the registered agent’s consent.
Check Sunbiz name availability, prepare Articles of Organization, and send the information for approval before submitting.
Milestone: Approved filing details and agreed filing costs. A name search does not guarantee state acceptance.
Review the submitted information and retain the state confirmation when approved.
Submit the authorized filing, track acceptance or corrections, organize formation records, and coordinate an operating agreement appropriate to the ownership structure.
Milestone: Accepted Articles of Organization and organized company records; schedule annual reporting and other recurring obligations.
Provide responsible-party details through the team’s agreed secure channel and authorize assistance as needed.
Assist with the IRS EIN application using the accepted legal name; confirm no duplicate application and retain the IRS confirmation.
Milestone: EIN confirmation. The IRS application itself is free; do not enter a Social Security number on this page.
Choose a bank, confirm its document requirements, and complete identity verification and account opening.
Help assemble formation documents, EIN confirmation, ownership information, and a banking checklist; organize bookkeeping categories and a recordkeeping routine.
Milestone: Separate business account and a plan for tracking income, expenses, receipts, and taxes with a qualified tax professional.
Confirm the business phone, email, service description, and approved business address. Review branding and website copy.
Align business information across agreed profiles, prepare the domain and email setup, and finalize the customer-facing website within the agreed scope.
Milestone: Consistent business details and approved website content. Confirm any city, county, state, or industry licensing requirements before launch.
Provide authorized credit reports through a secure channel and discuss goals, existing obligations, and any information you believe is inaccurate.
Review the credit profile, identify priorities, and develop a personalized strategy with clear action items and a follow-up date.
Milestone: Written credit strategy. No credit reports, balances, account numbers, or scores are collected or displayed on this public page.
Define the amount and purpose of funding, supply requested financial documents securely, and approve applications before submission.
Assess readiness against relevant lender criteria, organize the funding document checklist, and identify gaps in credit, cash flow, business history, or documentation.
Milestone: A funding readiness plan and application sequence. Funding, rates, limits, and approval remain subject to lender underwriting; no outcome is guaranteed.
Confirm equipment needs, freight type, routes, driver plan, and budget for purchase, insurance, fuel, repairs, and reserves.
Review available truck options, arrange an independent inspection where appropriate, and coordinate purchase terms and insurance quotes.
Milestone: An approved equipment and operating budget. Truck purchase, insurance, and trucking services are separate unless expressly included in your agreement.
Provide required driver and equipment records securely and complete applicable qualifications, training, and insurance steps.
Determine the registrations and authority required for the specific operation; coordinate a review of insurance, process-agent filings, permits, vehicle registration, driver qualification, hours-of-service, maintenance, and drug/alcohol requirements as applicable.
Milestone: Verified operational readiness. Confirm applicable USDOT/authority, state requirements, UCR, IRP/IFTA, tax filings, and New Entrant obligations with the appropriate agencies or qualified providers. An LLC filing alone does not authorize hauling.
Review the finished website, business records, operating plan, and your next-action list with the team.
Complete the launch review, test agreed inquiry and payment features, confirm required approvals and insurance, and establish follow-up milestones.
Milestone: A launch handoff with responsibilities and review dates. Use a real customer payment account for the future carrier website; the current Square link is for this business launch program.
